The niche assembly is stainless steel with cast bronze mounting, featuring provisions for positive fixture locking, a grounding lug, and a ¾” conduit hub with a ½” reducer or PG16 conduit hub for wiring integration. The lens is a 3 1/8” (80 mm) tempered borosilicate clear convex lens as standard, with frosted lenses available to soften light output. A single-piece molded U-shaped silicone gasket ensures a watertight seal, and stainless steel fasteners provide long-lasting corrosion resistance. The fixture comes with a minimum of 35’ of #16-3 STWA submersible rated cord in the U.S. or 10 meters of HO7RN-F2x4 cord for European installations. Cord length must be specified, and sufficient cord should be coiled in the niche to allow fixture removal above water for service.
