Color temperature choices span from 2700 K through 5000 K, and CRI options include 65, 80, and a high-color-rendering 90CRI LED light engine. The luminaire maintains constant light output when supplied with 11VAC to 14VAC, keeping performance stable even under voltage drop conditions.
The optical system includes distribution options ranging from Spot to Wide Flood, with specific beam angles available in 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 50°, and 55°, supporting everything from tight sign illumination to broad architectural washes. Lenses are produced from heat-strengthened borosilicate glass for clarity and durability, offered in both FLC (cut glass) and WSL (molded glass) variants. Up to two lens accessories, color filters, or shielding options can be specified in any cap style, secured by a removable stainless steel clip ring. The tapered Sure Lock knuckle seat provides infinite aiming capability and strong locking strength, which is especially valuable in precise sign lighting or multi-directional architectural applications.
The luminaire supports both 12V AC and 120V AC systems. For 120V installations, the driver is integral, while the 12V version uses a remote magnetic transformer purchased separately. Lighting control compatibility includes dimming with a standard Triac dimmer for the 120V version and dimming via a standard MLV dimmer and magnetic transformer for the 12V version, enabling controlled output for sign brightness requirements or nuanced architectural accenting. Each fixture is supplied with 48 inches of 18AWG connection wire to facilitate flexible installation.
Construction uses machined 6061-T6 aluminum for the body, caps, and knuckle, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Standard finishes are super-durable polyester TGIC powder coat, with an optional zinc undercoat when additional corrosion resistance is required. The luminaire carries cCSAus certification and is suitable for wet locations, with laboratory testing conducted to UL-1598, UL-8750, and UL-1838.
